Purpose & Overview

Starks Enterprise will design and integrate a secure, PCI-aware ecommerce flow into Client's web properties — hosted checkout, subscriptions, webhook-driven fulfillment, and fraud controls — using Stripe as the reference platform. Client can see this exact integration running in production on starksenterprise.com's pricing and checkout pages.

Scope of Work

Checkout experience design and integration (Stripe Checkout or Elements)

Product/price catalog setup, tax automation, and promotion support

Subscription and recurring-billing flows with self-service portal

Webhook-driven fulfillment and reconciliation (signed, replay-protected)

Fraud controls: Radar rules, 3-D Secure step-ups, and dispute handling

PCI-aware architecture review (SAQ-A posture, no card data on Client servers)

Test-mode verification suite and go-live checklist

Deliverables

Integrated, production-ready checkout on Client web properties

Webhook fulfillment service with reconciliation logging

Fraud-rule configuration and dispute-runbook

Go-live checklist and operations handover

List prices above are the standard mid-market package for a single production property; industry and size multipliers on the pricing page may adjust the locked amount.

Reference implementation: Starks Enterprise runs its own sign-then-pay checkout on starksenterprise.com using this exact Stripe integration — automated tax, webhook-fulfilled entitlements, and Radar fraud rules. Ask us for a walkthrough of the live site as a working demonstration.
